The program targets children and young adults in East Port-of-Spain. Pilot communities are St Paul Street, Neverdirty, Rock City and Belmont. TOP GRADES is a weekly tutoring and instruction program which focuses on  assisting struggling students and other individuals desirous of gaining academic certification. Participation is FREE. Each community is given a scheduled time for training and activities. Evaluations of learning is done after meeting learning thresholds.
